However, in the real world, there can be various reasons why the customer or the dealer might have to back out of the deal. Here is a list of situations where refund & cancellation policies can be applied-

- Non-Receipt of Payment
If for some reason, your order is not delivered, we will issue you a full refund as per your request. If, however, you receive a partial order, we will issue you a full refund, and then charge only for the service (s) you received. Please allow us 30 business days from the day the order was purchased. If after 30 days, you have not received the order, or if you received any notification that your order was on hold, please contact us and we will act on your request promptly.
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the service, please contact us within 45 days of receiving the service (s) and we will issue a free replacement of the service (s). Queries received after 45 days of delivery will not be entertained.
